Terms of Service

provides a non-custodial payment orchestration middleware that routes split payment instructions to connected payment processors. Our platform calculates splits, applies routing rules, and delivers disbursement instructions. We do not hold, store, or transmit payment instrument credentials.

You retain full control of your funds and payment processor relationships at all times. Our role is to automate the split calculation and routing logic that you define through our platform.

Our fees are based on your 30-day processing volume. Current rates are displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. We will notify you of any rate changes before they take effect.

Fees are deducted from the transaction amounts processed through our platform. All fees are calculated in the smallest currency unit (pesewas for GHS, cents for USD) to prevent rounding errors.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activity or fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or bypass our systems
• Send more API requests than documented rate limits allow
• Use the platform to process transactions for prohibited industries
• Share API credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties

provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, error-free operation, or that our service will meet your specific requirements.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party payment processor failures.

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, we will stop processing your transactions and delete your personal data within 90 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by applicable law. We will provide notice whenever possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
