# Pricing — Ocuula Payment Orchestration

Ocuula uses volume-based tiered pricing with automatic rate reduction. No subscriptions. No plans. No lock-in.

## Rate Tiers

All rates are in basis points (bps) applied per transaction. 100 bps = 1%.

## Fee Caps

- **Minimum fee per transaction:** GHS 0.10
- **Maximum fee per transaction:** GHS 10.00

This means at high volume, the effective rate drops far below the tier rate:
- At GHS 10,000: 1.5% × 10,000 = GHS 150 → capped at GHS 10 → 0.10% effective
- At GHS 100,000: 0.85% × 100,000 = GHS 850 → capped at GHS 10 → 0.01% effective

- Full log history with 7-year retention
- Unlimited team members
- No paywalls or locked features
- Webhook receipts with signed delivery confirmations
- 1,000 free sandbox transactions per month

## Rate Grace Period

If a merchant's volume drops (bumping them to a higher tier), the previous lower rate is locked for 60 days. This prevents rate shock from seasonal fluctuations.

Custom pricing for banks, regulated fintechs, and large organisations. Includes:
- Dedicated Convex database instance
- WASM math engine deployable inside VPC
- Custom data residency agreements
- Isolated rate-limit shards
- Shadow routing simulations
- Named support SLA

This is Ocuula's orchestration fee only. Moolre's processing fees (collection, network, transfer) are charged separately by the payment provider.
